The comprehensive total renovation spanning 2,500 pyeong (approx. 8,260 m²) at the Dongtan Campus was executed to solidify AP Systems’ brand authority while providing a highly flexible, immersive smart environment tailored for its world-class talent.

This spatial transformation is built upon three core strategic pillars.

Connecting the massive 2,500-pyeong footprint, the expanded lounge areas and streamlined circulation paths break down operational silos to encourage spontaneous interaction. High exposed ceilings paired with structured linear track lighting liberate the physical space, establishing a dynamic culture where creative ideas and horizontal discussions happen naturally.

The ultra-high precision required in semiconductor and display engineering is translated into sophisticated interior architecture. Architectural lighting trough details and harmonious geometric layouts reflect technological rigor, while biophilic planterior elements and muted textures throughout the campus provide psychological balance and visual comfort during high-focus tasks.

Integrated with advanced multimedia technology and optimized acoustic engineering, the large-scale conference facilities support swift, data-driven decision-making. Fluid workstation configurations and embedded digital infrastructure physically represent AP Systems’ agile, challenge-driven culture, built to respond seamlessly to evolving global market demands.
